Pleasant Grove

Thanks to my good friend Katie, we got to go to her family's little tree farm and take some pictures! It was a fast little trip but it was great and we both decided living somewhere like this would be so much fun for kids!!

This is Katie's boy Lance. Owen and Lance attend preschool together and Katie would agree that they couldn't be more opposite in personality!

Owen was beyond mad that I made him be in this picture so he is taking it out on the tree branch in his mouth!

I love how she is posing in this picture. I did not tell her to stand like that. She did it all on her own!

ZOO

We went to the zoo today with a great friend. She is moving. All my friends move. Don't get me started. I am however very grateful to have gotten to know her and love her very much! We started a tradition a while ago that we always try to go to the zoo on our kids birthdays and then we eat lunch at Red Robin. It's great fun and it was Chase's birthday. It has just slowly gotten a little more difficult since we keep adding more children to the mix!

Owen is obsessed with spiders lately and this little idea in his head that we are getting him a tarantula for a pet. Well folks that just ain't happening!

Spring Tease

We had couple of warm days here and then snow! But we sure took advantage of the warmth while it lasted.

They are going to be the best of friends!

I use to LOVE these merry-go-rounds. Now you never see them anymore!

PIGEONS

We have this man in our ward who raises pigeons and Blake asked if we could go over to his house and see them. Owen and Ella were beside themselves!! Owen even got to hold an egg but we would not let him hold a baby. He also had a falcon. It was pretty awesome!

This baby was born that day..so small!

TESSA'S SEVEN MONTHS

Where does the time go...SERIOUSLY!! I can't believe my baby is now seven months old. Well she is now:

*starting to grab cherrios

*eating lots of baby food

*smiles constantly

*sits up, army crawls, and is now getting up on all fours and rocking

*talking a lot

*starting to get separation anxiety..just a bit

*loves loves loves bath time..jabbers the WHOLE time

*loves to look at herself in the mirror

*one bottom tooth just poked through

She is constantly up on all fours or in downward dog position for those who know yoga!!

HAPPY ST PATTYS DAY

I have to admit I could do without ANY holidays after Christmas until Easter of course! But we did celebrate this morning. The naughty leprechauns turned our milk green. And even though we tried to trap him and it failed he did leave behind his gold!

Heres the trap..don't you just love little things like this that make children so extremely happy.
